{airstream penthouse}

in my quest for small spaces, i came across this gem in capetown, south africa. apparently the grand daddy hotel has a major sense of humor. take a look at these vintage airstreams sitting rooftop in what the hotel calls its airstream penthouse trailer park. and what's even cooler is that each of the seven gleaming trailers has been personally designed by a capetonian artist.

the grand daddy invites guests "who want to pimp their park life and flash their trailer trash – or for those who simply want to experience the world’s only trailer park penthouse suite - just take the vintage elevator to the third floor, take the rooftop exit and enter the adventure."

my favorite feature, you ask? the park accommodations include seats to the hotel's outdoor theatre --the pink flamingo cinema. next trip south africa, anyone?
